Claims and sources

Every number we show you has a source you can check.

This page explains how Dices Agency backs up every result on this site and in your monthly reports. It shows where numbers come from and how to read a result card. It also sets out what we guarantee and what we never promise.

It is for anyone who wants to check a figure before trusting it. If a number on this site has no source you can follow, tell us. Ask us for the source of any figure, any time.

The rule

The claims rule

Five points, for every number on this site and in your reports.

  • Every result on this site carries its date and where it came from. For example Search Console, Analytics or the client’s own confirmation.
  • In your reports, the numbers come straight from your own Search Console and Analytics.Open the same accounts and you see the same figures.
  • If we cannot show where a number came from, we do not use it.However good it looks, it stays off the page.
  • If a result changed later, we say so.With the date, in the case study itself.
  • We report numbers after the fact and never promise them in advance.Nobody controls Google or the AI tools, so a promised number is a guess.

Reading a result

How to read a result on this site

Every result card has a small Source link that lands here. This is how to read one.

What we stand behind, and what nobody can honestly promise.

  • Everything you paid for is yours

We never promise

  • Rankings or positionsNobody controls Google.
  • Traffic, leads or sales numbers in advanceWe report them once they happen.
  • A place in AI answersWe track who gets named, before and after.
  • Results next weekTechnical fixes can show within weeks, content usually takes three to six months to really move.
  • Results that depend on changes we are not allowed to makeIf a fix needs your developer, we say so.

The same list is in our terms. You can also meet the people who check our work.

Later changes

When a result changes

We check results every few months. If one fell after our work, the case study says so, with the date, before you find it yourself.

Most proof lives in clients’ own accounts, and that access ends when they leave. So we save dated screenshots every month while we still have access.

Corrections

When we find a mistake in a page, a number or a list on this site, we fix it. Then we add one dated line here: what was wrong, what changed and when. This list only holds real corrections.

Private by rule

What we keep private

Some things never appear on this site, however good they would look. We never name or show:

  • The clients of agencies that resell our work
  • The articles we place on other sites for clients
  • Anything told to us in confidence
  • Revenue figures, unless the client gives their own OK
  • Ghostwritten articles by title

Questions about our numbers

For anyone who doubts a number, which is a healthy habit.

Can we check the numbers in your reports ourselves?

Yes. Report numbers come straight from your own Search Console and Analytics, so you can open your accounts and see the same figures. Each number names its source and the period it covers. If anything in a report does not match what you see, tell us and we explain the difference.

Yes, any time. Use the contact form and pick ‘Source request’, or email contact@dices.agency. We point you to where the number came from, such as a dated Search Console screenshot, a public page or the client’s written confirmation. If we cannot show a source, the number comes off the site.

We check results every few months. If one fell after our work, the case study says so, with the date, before you find it yourself. We also save dated screenshots every month while we still have access, because most proof lives in clients’ own accounts and that access ends when they leave.

Because nobody controls Google or the AI tools, so any number promised in advance is a guess. We report what moved, with its source, once it has happened. What we do guarantee is the work, the deadlines and the standard, as the table on this page shows.

Some things stay private by rule. We never name the clients of agencies that resell our work, the articles we place on other sites for clients, or anything told to us in confidence. Revenue figures appear only with the client’s own OK, and ghostwritten articles are never claimed by title.

Yes. A quote appears only with the client’s consent, their name, role and company. Until we have them, the quote section stays hidden rather than filled with anything else. We never use fake reviews or screenshots that are not ours, and a review site badge appears only once that profile has real reviews.

A result goes on the site only once its date, its source and the client’s OK are attached. Until then it stays off the page, even when the work is long finished. We would rather show fewer results than one you cannot check.

Ask us for the source of any figure

Any figure, any time. Email contact@dices.agency, or use the form with Source request already picked.
