These terms apply to every Dices Agency plan, pack and audit. In short: monthly plans start with three months, then run month to month with 30 days notice; everything is paid in advance; we never guarantee rankings; and you keep everything we made.

1. Who we are and what we sell
Dices Agency sells SEO plans, content plans, link packages, crypto launch packs, audits and white label work for agencies, to every kind of business. Ads, email and social media management are not included.
2. Plans, minimum term and notice
3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice.
Crypto, iGaming and finance plans cost 25 percent more. Other languages plus 20 percent. Custom work is quoted after a quick or deep audit. Every plan and price is on our plans and prices page.
3. Payment
Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance. Launch packs and audits are paid in full up front. Nothing starts before payment.
10 percent off monthly plans when three months are paid up front. Launch pack delivery pauses when the balance reaches zero.
Every invoice lists the ways you can pay. If you hire us through a freelance marketplace, its payment terms apply as well.
4. Discounts, audits and hours
20 percent off every plan for agencies that resell. The deep audit is credited in full to the first month if a plan starts within 30 days. New work is never sold by the hour.
5. What we guarantee
The work, and the deadlines, with early warning before a miss. The agreed volume, and a person checking every piece. The plan you paid for, and honest monthly reports with failures included.
Our mistakes are fixed at our cost. Any link that drops within six months is replaced.
6. What we do not guarantee
Rankings or positions. Traffic, leads or sales numbers. A place in AI answers. Results next week, and results that depend on changes we are not allowed to make. Nobody controls Google.
7. Links on other websites
Links are placed on other people’s sites, and we always say so. Every link meets our link quality bar and is reported with its URL, DR, traffic and anchor.
8. What we need from you
Access, answers and approvals on time. Development work beyond SEO fixes goes to your developer or is quoted separately.
9. Ownership
You keep everything we made and you paid for. If you leave, your logins come back the same day.
10. Confidentiality
We keep what you tell us in confidence. We never name the clients of agencies that resell our work. Your name and results appear in our case studies only with your written OK, and revenue figures only with your own OK. More on how we show client results.
11. Liability
We do the work with care and fix our mistakes at our cost. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost rankings or lost data, or for changes that search engines and AI tools make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Ending the agreement
30 days notice after the first three months. Work paid for up to the end of the notice period is finished and handed over. Your logins come back the same day.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any dispute goes to the competent courts in Skopje, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
