Dices Agency is an SEO and AI search agency in Skopje, North Macedonia. This privacy policy explains what personal data Dices Agency collects when you visit dices.agency or send our contact form, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have. The short version
- From the contact form we collect what you type in it: your name, work email, website and request.
- Once analytics is installed, it records how the site is used. It is named here when it is live.

1. Who we are
Dices Agency, in Skopje, North Macedonia, is responsible for your data. For any request about it, email contact@dices.agency.
2. What we collect
Your data comes from three places, set out below.
From the contact form
Your name, work email, website, industry and what you would like. Also the optional plan, message and industry fields, and how you found us. The form has no phone field and no budget field.
From analytics, once installed
Usage data from the analytics tool, once it is installed. The tool and what it records are named here only when it is live.
When you become a client
Business contact details, and the access you give us to your site, Search Console and Analytics to do the work. Each person on our team gets only the access they need, and access ends when the work ends.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
We use your data to reply to your request, to deliver the work under our agreement and to improve the site.
Replying to an enquiry you sent us is in our legitimate interest and yours. Delivering the work is needed to perform our agreement with you. Keeping invoices and accounting records is a legal duty. Analytics cookies, once installed, run only with your consent.
4. Cookies and tracking
This section lists the cookies the site sets and why, once the list is confirmed.
If a cookie banner is needed once analytics is installed, Reject is as easy to click as Accept, and the Cookie settings link in the footer opens it again.
5. Who we share it with
Only the tools that run the site and the form: the form plugin, the email service and the host, named here once confirmed, plus analytics when it is installed. We never sell personal data.
6. Where your data is stored and international transfers
The site and the form entries are stored with our hosting provider. Some tools, such as email, may store data outside North Macedonia, for example in the EU or the US. When that happens, we only use providers that protect your data with the safeguards data protection law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Form enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept while the agreement runs, and invoices for as long as tax law requires. Analytics data, once installed, is kept for no more than 14 months.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, object to its use or take a copy with you. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it.
To use any of these rights, email contact@dices.agency. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
9. Security
Only the people who need access to your data get it, and access ends when the work ends. Further measures are listed here once they are in place.
10. Changes and contact
When this policy changes, the Last updated date at the top changes with it. Our terms and conditions cover how we work with clients.
